Absolute great service. They updated constantly throughout the shipment letting me know exactly what city and how many miles out they were. This gave me a great opportunity for constant updates to my customer which made them happy. The driver called me with plenty of time before arriving and met me right when he said he would.

I found AirFreight on a Google search as I needed a carrier to do a last minute shipment when another carrier missed the pickup. I worked with Justin Peroli who assured me they would be able to get our shipment to its destination. They were able to get a carrier there quickly but unfortunately I gave the wrong dimensions and the truck was too small. Justin said no problem and got a larger truck there within an hour. Bryan did a GREAT JOB! There was a problem with normal shipping - the cultures we use to make cottage cheese were stuck on a dock in Des Moines Iowa. We had some issues and we were completely out - no cottage cheese until the cultures from Des Moines arrived. Chris was amazing through my entire shipping process!! I had a last minute shipment that needed to go from VA to CO at 2pm on a Friday afternoon and be there by the following week and Chris not only made it happen but he did it significantly cheaper than my regular shipper that I have negotiated "reduced" rates with and he had the shipment waiting for my team on the receiving end when they arrived to the job site on Monday morning!! We worked with Steve Janssen and he was phenomenal from start to finish. We had a lot of odd events come up on our end that caused us to change our pickup time and even our truck size multiple times before our shipment, and Steve wasn't the slightest bit bothered by all of the changes. Phenomenal Service. Could not believe the response by Kevin Carpenter. First experience was a shipment into Canada. Three other major shipping companies told us it would be anywhere from 2-6 weeks.
