We never pick up freight and then take it back to our warehouses or shipping yard. Instead, our drivers will arrive at the pickup location to load the freight. Then they will drive directly to the destination whether it is in Tucson or across the country. In addition, we never pass the freight on to other companies, as we provide the transportation work from start to finish.

This logistical strategy is for those urgent or emergency situations when the shipment has to get there in the shortest time frame. We will book a charter flight as the pilot will take the customer's freight to the destination airport. This exclusive use option will ensure that the shipment meets the customer's specified delivery schedule.

Customers can be rest assured that freight that has to go long distances will keep traveling along the route without any unnecessary stops. For these particular shipments, team drivers are assigned as they will take rest shifts so the vehicle will keep moving down the road until reaching the destination. Each customer is assigned an agent that becomes the single point-of-contact. So our customers know that the agents are knowledgeable about their specific shipping needs as our staff handles the transport order, will dispatch drivers, and will provide timely updates regarding the freight delivery timeline. Our Expedited Freight agents will dispatch the drivers to the pickup location immediately after the customer calls our company. The drivers will typically arrive within 2 hours to load up the freight.
